1. Sound Kit & Sample License Terms

All sound kits, sample packs, loops, MIDI files, presets, templates, and other digital products sold on this Site are protected by copyright and strictly licensed.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only, unless the specific kit license states otherwise.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling, redistributing, sharing, leaking, or uploading the files, whether raw or processed, to any third party, sample pool, website, marketplace, Discord server, file-sharing platform, or public database.

• Using the sounds in any competitive product, including another sample pack, sound kit, loop kit, preset pack, drum kit, or downloadable digital product.

• Claiming ownership, authorship, or copyright of the original sounds, files, artwork, branding, or product materials.

• Transferring, sublicensing, assigning, gifting, or selling your license to anyone else.

• Repackaging, modifying, or editing the original files for the purpose of redistributing or reselling them.

Each kit may contain additional license terms in the downloaded files, usually titled “License Agreement.”

You agree to be bound by those terms as well.

Violation of the license will result in immediate termination of your rights and may lead to further action.

2. Orders and Purchases

All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, payment issues, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Digital downloads are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

By completing a purchase, you agree that you are responsible for reviewing the product description, included files, compatibility details, and license terms before buying.

3. Digital Delivery

Products sold on paradigmkits.com are delivered digitally.

After purchase, you may receive access through a download link, customer account, email, or another digital delivery method.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, third-party platforms, payment processor issues, or technical problems outside of our control.

All sales of digital products are final.

Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, accessed, downloaded, or sent, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, misunderstanding of the product description, or incompatibility with your setup.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
